The nickel alloy elbows supplied by Hefei Tailan Metal Co., Ltd. are manufactured from high-quality nickel-based alloy seamless pipes or plates through multiple precision processes including pushing/pressing, hot forming, solution heat treatment, sizing, and pickling/polishing. Featuring uniform wall thickness, precise bending radius, smooth internal and external surfaces, and dense structure, they are specifically designed for demanding piping systems requiring exceptional corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and sealing performance.

Bending Radius: Long Radius (R=1.5D), Short Radius (R=1.0D), Custom Radius

Forming Process: Seamless Pushing (DN≤600), Plate Forming/Welding (DN>600 or non-standard)

End Type: Bevelled End, Plain End optional

Wall Thickness Uniformity: Extrados thinning ≤12.5%, Intrados thickening meets standard requirements
