Nickel alloy elbows are critical components in piping systems that change the direction of media flow, and they are also the locations most susceptible to erosion and stress concentration. The nickel alloy elbows supplied by Hefei Tailan Metal Co., Ltd. are manufactured from high-quality nickel-based alloy seamless pipes or plates through multiple precision processes including pushing/pressing, hot forming, solution heat treatment, sizing, and pickling/polishing. Featuring uniform wall thickness, precise bending radius, smooth internal and external surfaces, and dense structure, they are specifically designed for demanding piping systems requiring exceptional corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and sealing performance.

Quality Assurance
Tailan Metal implements full-process quality control for nickel alloy elbows, ensuring every product shipped can withstand scrutiny:
- 1. Heat Treatment Verification
Solution Heat Treatment Temperature Recording: Providing heat treatment curve charts
Intergranular Corrosion Testing: Verifying heat treatment effectiveness per ASTM A262 standard
- 2. Dimensional and Appearance Inspection
Diameter: Measuring end diameter using calipers, tape measures
Wall Thickness: Multi-point measurement using ultrasonic thickness gauges
Angle: Measuring bending angle using angle gauges, templates
End Bevel: Inspection of bevel angle, root face dimensions
Surface: Visual inspection ensuring no cracks, folds, laps, or other defects
- 3. Non-Destructive Testing
Penetrant Testing (PT): 100% inspection of elbow internal and external surfaces
Radiographic Testing (RT): Inspection of weld seams for welded elbows
Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement: Verifying minimum wall thickness
- 4. Marking and Traceability
Each elbow has a unique identification.
- 5. Third-Party Inspection Support
We welcome clients to designate Third- party inspection agencies for pre-shipment inspection, with shipment only after passing inspection.
