Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes of nickel alloy seamless pipe can you supply?
Outside diameter 6–610 mm with wall thickness 0.5–40 mm, up to 12 m in length. Precision and capillary tubes down to 3 mm OD are available on request, as are U-bent heat exchanger tubes.
Do you supply both seamless and welded pipe?
Yes. Seamless pipe and tube are produced to ASTM B167 / B444 / B622 / B163; welded pipe to ASTM B517 / B619 / B704 / B705. We will recommend the right form based on your pressure class and budget.
Do you provide EN 10204 3.1 certificates?
Yes — every lot ships with an EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificate including chemistry, mechanical results and heat number. Type 3.2 certification and third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) can be arranged before shipment.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Trial orders of 1–2 tons are acceptable, and stock of common grades (Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C-276) can ship within days. Production lead time is typically 15–25 days depending on size and quantity.
What payment and delivery terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% advance and 70% balance before shipment is standard. Delivery terms include FOB Shanghai, CIF and CFR; LCL consolidation is available to reduce logistics cost on smaller orders.
